ARCHITECTURE

The Palazzo, Hong Kong

This development involved work on a railway depot and the property located above. The railway depot work included advance works on the MTRC Shatin Station to facilitate the relocation of railway operations, the construction of a permanent depot and depot deck structure, and the reprovisioning of the mechanical and electrical services and associated railway facilities.

The property development above consists of ten residential towers with a total of 1,375 units ranging in size from 700 square feet to 2,200 square feet. A clubhouse, retail facilities and a car park are located in a three-level podium. The towers are linearly disposed to maximise the view towards the Shing Mun River and Shatin Racecourse. Sky gardens were introduced on intermediate floors to improve natural ventilation and provide communal space for residents.
