Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital Extension Phase 3A & Phase 4, Hong Kong

Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital Extension Phase 3A & Phase 4 is a redevelopment of an existing low-rise hospital blocks into two medium-rise hospital buildings of 21 and 28 storeys respectively. The extension aims to expand the total number of wards space up to 800 nos. to cope with the rising demand for quality medical care. The approximated 68,000 sq. m. development area (GFA) comprises wards, clinics, treatment rooms and ancillary supporting facilities, etc.
