Goldin Financial Global Centre, Hong Kong

Goldin Financial Global Centre is a 27-storey Grade-A office tower consisting of 24 office floors, a three-storey retail podium, three storeys of basement car parks and a garden on the roof. The tower is a rational yet sculptural composition of interlocked cubic forms. Expressive cantilevered cubes are inserted at the top of the tower, creating a unique and recognizable building identity. Integrated LEDs embedded into the façade display artful graphics visible from 360o at night. Central core and column-free floor design offers maximum flexibility and spacious interiors. The design also incorporates sustainability features, which makes the tower achieving Platinum Rating of LEED BD+C: Core and Shell (v2009) by the U.S. Green Building Council and Platinum Rating of BEAM Plus.
