RLP Precept - High Density Transit-Oriented Development

The first RLP Precept has been published, focusing on High-Density Transit-Oriented Development (HDTOD). The publication introduces 10 principles, crafted through the wealth of experience the firm has accumulated over the years through our involvement in numerous HDTOD projects associated with urban rail transit stations in Hong Kong and various cities in China. The publication highlights RLP’s solutions which have been tested and deployed in the two mega-scale HKTODs we are currently working on – Hong Kong’s LOHAS Park and Shanghai’s TODTOWN. Other examples are also illustrated in the publication.
