Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Business or related discipline
  • 3 years’ experience in similar industries and capacity is an advantage
  • Willing to learn, demonstrate strong responsibility, self-motivated and hardworking
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in InDesign is preferred
     

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a fast-growing professional team on some exciting projects in Hong Kong, mainland China and Asia
  • Assist Project Teams for bidding architectural and interior projects
  • Execute submissions, not limited to job bidding, tenders and award nominations
  • Maintain the proper filing system and coordinate all related actions
  • Liaise with external parties including Clients / Sub-consultants / Contractors / Suppliers
  • Be responsible for writing, editing and proofreading for all external and internal documents for communication and marketing purposes
  • Handle ad hoc assignment as required
