Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • C&B: At least 2 years’ working experience in payroll and taxation matters;
  • Well-versed with the HK Employment Ordinance and PRC Labour Law;
  • Experience in HR Information System;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese and fluency in Putonghua;
  • Proactive team player and assertive communication skill;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Less experience will also be considered for a junior position.

C&B

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR C&B supports in payroll management, insurance, taxation;
  • Involve in HR projects such as annual budget & performance appraisal;
  • Prepare salary benchmark, statistics and analytical data;
  • Consolidate HR data and prepare the various reports for management review;
  • Assist in reviewing company policies and benefits;
  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform full employment cycle from selection to retirement;

  • Handle full recruitment process, including but not limited to job ad posting, sourcing, interview arrangement, onboarding, staff movement;
  • Support other HR functions and involve in projects as required;
  • Handle general enquiries and liaise with internal and external parties in relation to staff recruitment;
  • Maintain proper update on HRIS and filing system;
  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned.
